"ArtaTex" Factory

The textile factory is situated alongside the Peja-Mitrovica main road, in the municipality of Peja. The building's longitudinal axis runs in the southeast-west direction, with access to the southeast main road.

The facility's placement, factory yard, and greenery surfaces were designed as a cohesive unit. The building consists of two levels - the ground floor and the first floor - and the functional aspects of the facility are divided into four groups: administration, production, storage, and utility.
