Trade & Distribution Building

A plot of land measuring ~ 2.40 hectares, located in the industrial area to the southwest of Pristina city, is available for trade and distribution building purposes. The site is relatively flat, with a gentle slope of about 2.5% in the north-south direction.

The Trade and Distribution-warehouse complex has four units: Warehouse G (Unit A), Warehouse G + 2 (Unit B), Office space G + 2 (Unit C), and Technical Services G and water reservoir (Unit D - separate building). There's a main entrance on the eastern side for workers and staff, and four entrances for loading and unloading goods and emergency entry/exit. The facility has asphalt parking areas, and it's functionally divided into three parts: storage, office/administration, and service spaces.
