Underpass | City Center

Underpasses are used to connect the two sides of a city while separating vehicles and pedestrian traffic. They have specific design requirements and can affect road construction timing and stability. The underpass on "Bill Clinton" Boulevard also includes business and shop spaces, meets technical standards, and enables access for all users.

The underpass connects Dardania and Pejton neighborhoods, running north to south and perpendicular to the east-west boulevard. There are two entrances to the underpass from the right of "llaz Kodra" street and one elevator and two stairways on the left. The Pejton neighborhood has a straight exit with ramps and stairs. Various functional elements of the underpass are used to shape the surrounding urban architecture.
