Urban Regulation Plan - Informal Settlement "Ali Ibra"

The urban regulation plan for "Ali IBRA" informal settlement aims for better living conditions based on the Spatial Development Law and Town Plan of Gjakova. "Ali IBRA" is in the city's southeast urban area, adjacent to "Kolonia" informal settlement. It is allocated for new RAE community housing. Access is from the transit road Gjakove - Prizren, and the nearest arterial road is about 500m away. The Urban Block meets community needs, achieves rational and economic exploitation of the plot, and respects the spatial development town urban plan.

The urban block is for individual housing, with single-story homes and the option to build up to G+1. There are four types of houses based on family size, ranging from -100 m2, 169 m2 and -230 m2. Each home has a parking space, and 18 public parking spaces are available near the urban center. Public spaces include green areas, playgrounds, and recreational areas with furniture. A green belt surrounds the perimeter of the block. The road network has two entry points and is designed for easy access and traffic flow. Peripheral roads are wide 7 m' with 2.5 m' for sidewalks, with these dimensions road is designed to junction with the transit road Gjakove - Prizren. Roads within the block are 6 m and 5.5 m wide, with 1.5 m sidewalks on both sides. The infrastructure, like electrical and sewer systems, is installed underground through the road network.

The Urban Block of 3.85 ha contains 130 parcels and four types of houses: Type "A"_20 pieces; Type "B"_60 pieces; Type "C"_ 40 pieces and Type "D"_ 10 pieces.
